These Terms govern your use of https://tarisol.com and any services provided by Tarisol ("Tarisol," "we," "us"). By using our site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
What Tarisol does
Tarisol is a referral service. We connect importers, customs brokers, and accountants to third-party tariff refund recovery processors (currently the Tariff Refund Agency) and may earn referral commissions for those introductions. Tarisol does not itself file refund claims or provide legal advice, tax advice, or customs brokerage services.
Data sharing with partners
When you submit a form or schedule a demo, the information you provide, name, title, company, email, phone, and your responses about your import and duty situation, may be shared with our referral partners, including the Tariff Refund Agency and other processors we work with, so they can evaluate and, if appropriate, contact you about your eligibility for their services. It may also be shared with service providers that help us operate the site and process leads (see our Data Processing page).
No guarantee of outcome
Refund eligibility, amount, and timing depend on your individual circumstances, CBP determinations, and factors outside our control. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site or in communications from Tarisol constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or customs brokerage advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarisol and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any referral made through it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Intellectual property
Tarisol owns all site content, branding, and trademarks. Content is provided for personal and business informational use only.
