What's the difference between a Referral Partner and an Affiliate Partner?
Referral Partners are advisors, brokers, accountants and consultants who introduce importer clients they already work with, and earn when a referral recovers a refund. Affiliate Partners have an audience of importers and share a unique referral link, earning a commission on every qualified lead that schedules a call.
How much can I earn?
Partners earn a competitive commission. The exact structure is shared when you sign up, along with how and when it's paid for your track.
When and how do I get paid?
Referral Partners are paid when their referred importer receives a refund. Affiliate Partners are paid monthly via ACH on qualified leads that book a call.
What counts as a qualified lead?
For Affiliate Partners, a qualified lead is an importer of record that imports from China or other high-tariff countries and pays $50,000 or more in annual import duties.
Is there any cost to join?
No. Joining either partner track is free, and there's no commitment. It costs nothing to introduce an importer.
Do I have to manage the client or do the paperwork?
No. The Tariff Refund Agency's specialists handle the eligibility review, claim filing and recovery. Your role is the introduction.
