E-Sign Consent
Last updated: August 2026
This E-Sign Consent explains your agreement to use electronic records and electronic signatures when you enter into agreements or authorizations with Tarisol. Please read it before signing anything electronically.
Consent to electronic records and signatures
By providing an electronic signature, for example, typing your name, clicking to accept, or signing electronically, on any Tarisol agreement, authorization, or disclosure, you consent to transact electronically and agree that your electronic signature is legally binding and has the same effect as a handwritten signature under the federal ESIGN Act and applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) laws.
Scope of this consent
This consent applies to agreements, authorizations, disclosures, and related records that Tarisol provides to you or asks you to sign electronically, including any authorization for Tarisol to share your information with, or introduce you to, a referral partner.
Right to paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any record you signed electronically by contacting hello@tarisol.com. We may charge a reasonable fee and will tell you the amount before charging it. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent.
Withdrawing your consent
You may withdraw your consent to transact electronically at any time by contacting hello@tarisol.com. Withdrawal takes effect after we have a reasonable time to act on it and applies only to future records; it does not affect the validity of any record or signature made before withdrawal. Withdrawing consent may prevent you from completing certain online processes.
Keeping your information current
So that we can deliver electronic records, please notify us promptly at hello@tarisol.com if your email address or other contact details change.
System requirements
To access and retain electronic records you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email account, and the ability to view and save PDF documents. By consenting, you confirm you can access records in these formats.
Legal effect
Your electronic signature and this consent carry the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature and paper records.
