This Privacy Policy explains what information Tarisol collects, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use https://tarisol.com.

Information we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our forms and scheduling flow: your name, job title, company, email, phone number, and your answers about your imports and duty situation (for example, your role, estimated duties or shipment volume, and what you're interested in). We do not require an account.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate whether a tariff refund review makes sense for you, to contact you about your inquiry, to schedule a demo, and to connect you with our referral partners where appropriate.

Who we share it with

We share your information with: our referral partners (including the Tariff Refund Agency) so they can assess and contact you about their services; Cal.com and Google, which power demo scheduling and video calls; and Tarisol's internal lead systems (an internal CRM at redeprivada.io and internal Slack notifications). See our Data Processing page for the full list of service providers.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Data retention

We retain the information you provide for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, make referrals, and meet legal obligations.
